Fixed Wire Testing, often called an Electrical Installation Condition Report or EICR, is a detailed check of your building's electrics. It confirms that your system is safe to use, meets current standards and is working correctly in line with BS 7671.

What Is Included In An EICR?

When Should Testing Be Carried Out?

Testing intervals depend on how the property is used. 

Commercial and industrial buildings are usually checked every five years. 

Rental properties must also be tested every five years by law. 

For owner occupied homes, testing is normally recommended every ten years.
